From work we completed in the last year, air conditioners ranged from $6,500 to $10,000, furnaces $4,500 to $8,500, both together $11,000 to $16,000, whole-home heat pumps $7,500 to $13,000, and ductless mini splits $6,500 to $16,000. Estimates on a new system are free.
