Meet the Team Keeping the Portland Metro Area Comfortable Year-Round
Five-star rated on Google, with over 30 years of experience providing Portland metro area residents the most cost-effective, yet reliable way to stay comfortable.
Crafting a Legacy of Quality & Trust
Comfy HVAC is an owner operated, Oregon licensed heating and cooling company in Clackamas (CCB #223103), founded in 2018 by Clint Vogel. After more than 30 years of serving customers for other residential HVAC companies across the Portland metro, he saw too many people pushed into repairs or replacements they didn't need.
He founded Comfy to offer something better, an honest, respectful approach focused on doing what's right for the customer. We fix what can be fixed, and we only recommend replacement when the numbers support it. We are bonded and insured, BBB Accredited since 2019 with an A+ rating, a five-star rated contractor on Google, and an Energy Trust of Oregon trade ally.
Doing Right by Our Customers
We aim to build long-term relationships with our customers and prioritize trust. If a repair keeps your system running safely and efficiently, we'll do it, and be here when you truly need a replacement down the road.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who actually shows up when I book with Comfy?
Comfy is an owner operated company, and the owner stays hands on with the work. You get a small, consistent team that treats your home or building with respect, not a rotating cast of strangers.
Precision is one of your core values. What does that mean in practice?
It is how we work, not a slogan. Precision means verifying before ordering, measuring before installing, explaining before recommending, documenting before closing out, and cleaning up before leaving.
How long have you been in business, and who owns the company?
Comfy was founded in 2018 and is owned by Clint Vogel, who has spent more than 30 years in the HVAC trade. We are Oregon licensed (CCB #223103), bonded and insured.
Join a Team That Values What Really Matters

If you take ownership of your work, adapt when plans change, and genuinely care about doing the right thing, you'll love being part of the Comfy team.
