A Comfy HVAC Equipment Verification Visit is a no-cost, photo documented inspection of every rooftop HVAC unit (RTU) on your building, offered to owners and property managers of low rise commercial buildings across Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties, from our office in Clackamas (CCB #223103).
You get a per unit report graded Repair Now, Repair Soon, or Monitor, plus an aerial view of the roof with every unit numbered, so you can verify the maintenance you are paying for is being done and plan repairs before a unit fails. For every unit, you get a photo and the nameplate details, make, model, serial, size, refrigerant type, and approximate age. Each unit gets a plain language condition finding and one of three statuses:
